Visiting The Branch

To limit the spread of Covid-19, we are implementing exceptional measures in August and September to continue serving our customers while taking all necessary health and safety measures. We highly recommend that you use our e-banking, ATMs and Smart ATMs for your day-to-day banking needs, including transfers related to BDL circular 151 and 161.

In order to ensure service continuity and for the safety of everyone, we are serving a few number of customers at a time. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

Before heading to a branch, please check the opening schedule of each branch (below) and the safety measures.

If the branch you usually deal with is closed, you can always go to another branch at your convenience.

This schedule is being constantly updated. Please check before heading to the branch.

From August 29 till September 2, all our branches are open from 8:30AM till 12:30PM.

Other Ways to Bank

You can manage your money safely from home by using the online banking: making payments, checking your balance, viewing transactions, requesting transfers, and more.

Our team is at your service 24/7 to manage your requests and give you the support you might need.

For your cash withdrawals, all our ATM machines are regularly replenished. You can also check your balance, get a mini-statement, do transfers within your accounts and change your PIN code.

Special Financial Support

In order to assist our customers and business clients amid the pandemic and the country’s current economic situation, we are continually implementing supporting measures and financial facilities, including BDL circulars.

Protecting Our Customers and Staff

The safety of our employees and their families, customers and communities is one of our highest priorities. To limit the risk of exposure, we are implementing the below measures:

• Employees are following WHO guidelines, including frequent hands washing and sanitizing, wearing masks, and limiting close contact with others.
• The number of customers allowed at a time inside the branch is limited to the number of staff available.
• Plexiglas separators have been installed on the counters of all our branches. Furthermore, hand sanitizers are available to sanitize your hands.
• All our premises, head office and branches, are being deeply cleaned and disinfected periodically.
